🎶 The C Band – Service and Booking Policy 1. Reservations The purchase is for the provision of the required service and the number of hours. If there are any errors in the information, please contact us at thecband.contacto@gmail.com. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the event will be credited to a future reservation within 12 months. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in a 20% loss and an 80% refund. Rescheduling is possible based on availability. 3. Performance Length Standard bookings are based on packages of 45 minutes of live music and a 15-minute break and playlist music. Additional time requested on the day of the event can be requested by calling 657-623-9668. A payment link will be sent to the band. Payment must be made prior to the extension. 4. Setup and Logistics The band must arrive at the venue at least two hours before the performance for setup and sound check. The client must provide a safe performance space with access to a stable, direct-to-wall power source and cover in case of rain. 5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing electricity, parking, and any necessary permits required by the venue. If the client does not have power in the area, they must provide at least six hours' notice prior to the event. Feel free to offer meals and refreshments for musicians for bookings of more than three hours, but do not feel obligated to do so. 6. Travel Expenses Events outside of Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties may incur additional travel expenses, which will be agreed upon prior to booking. 7. Force Majeure In the event of emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or situations beyond our control, The C Band reserves the right to reschedule or offer an equivalent performance.
