1. How do I book The C Band for my event? You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred band package (Duo, Trio, 5-piece, or Full Band), choosing the number of hours, and completing the secure online payment. 2. How much does it cost to hire The C Band? Our prices start at $800 & up for a two-hour show. Check out our options and choose the best one for your event. 3. What type of music do you perform? We specialize in Latin music including Cumbia, Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, Rock en Español, American Hits, Quebraditas, Norteñas, All in one show.  4. Do you provide sound and lighting? Yes! All of our packages include professional sound equipment for around 150 guest and . Stage lighting. IIf the client wants more lights or audio equipment, they can customize their order and we will bring it to your event. 5. How long does the band perform? Our 3-hour show is the most popular among our customers, but you can book up to 6 hours of each format. 6. How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your date, especially for weddings and large events. 7. How do I provide my IOC information? Once your purchase is complete, your order will be processed and our customer service team will contact you via email, or you can write to us at thecband.contacto@gmail.com. 8. What is your cancellation policy? A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Deposits are non-refundable. 9. Can I request special songs? Yes, we love customizing your event! Special song requests can be added for an extra fee to cover rehearsal time. 9. Do you perform at weddings, quinceañeras, or corporate events? Absolutely! The C Band is versatile and experienced with weddings, private parties, quinceañeras, festivals, and corporate events.
